Your work will directly shape how advertisers and internal operators create, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and understand campaigns, helping them operate more efficiently and confidently on Moloco Ads while driving meaningful user and business impact.
The Opportunity

- Own features or projects end-to-end, from problem framing and requirements review through technical design, implementation, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, Data, and ML to turn complex user problems into simple, reliable, and scalable product experiences in the Ads Manager UI and via APIs.
- Contribute to analytics and reporting capabilities by integrating with data pipelines and helping deliver clear, actionable views of campaign performance and operational health.
- Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of the systems you build through strong engineering practices, including testing, metrics, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
- Contribute to raising the team’s engineering bar and support a collaborative culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
